Packaging Operator essential tasks: Inspect products for proper cap fit, label application, and compliance with production standards, reporting discrepancies to the Line Leader. Pack products, operate the tape machine, and support Line Leaders during changeovers. Maintain a clean work area, assist with housekeeping during downtime, monitor labeler operations, and help ensure smooth production flow.
