Our client, a leader in the light industrial sector, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting efficient packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to follow instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Operator

Location: Annville, PA

Pay Range: $18.50 hr

What's the Job?

  • Package product into designated packages per customer specifications.

  • Maintain checklist for equipment and assist in training new associates.

  • Pull product samples and verify proper labeling of products.

  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines.

  • Perform preventative/basic maintenance on equipment as needed.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to work the specified shift (12:00 AM - 11:45 PM).

  • Ability to lift or move products up to 100 pounds (46KG).

  • Strong ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions.

  • Capability to stand, walk, bend, and reach frequently throughout the shift.

  • Willingness to comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
