**Job Purpose and Impact**
The General Laborer II will perform physical production and warehouse responsibilities with an understanding of policies and procedures with regular guidance. In this role, you will support production operations while following all Food Safety and regulatory polices as required.

**Compensation:** $17.70/hr

**Principal Accountabilities**
+ Handling whole birds
+ Labeling, bagging, packing, netting, weighing & stuffing whole birds
**Required Qualifications**
+ Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
+ Must be 18 years or older
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Previous production experience
+ Previous Cargill experience
+ Current Work history in the past 12 month
