The Opportunity: ML6 Search & Talent Advisory has partnered with a well-established premier manufacturer of folding cartons, thermoformed plastics and rigid paperboard boxes. Our client has had successful operations since the 1800s and are a specialized provider of custom contract packaging for the US market. Based on recent growth, the team is expanding and we are searching for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join the team. We are offering a competitive salary, uncapped commissions, an extensive benefits package, and the opportunity to join a growing team. What You'll Be Doing:
- Represent the organization with prospective and current customers throughout the New England territory
- Prospect and win new business for the Folding Carton Division with Industrial, Medical and Pharmaceutical customers
- Act as the first point of contact and manage customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams
- Report to the sales leadership team, delivering forecasts and updating on territory performance
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
- 5+ years of B2B industrial sales experience, preferably in the contract packaging industry
- Experience winning new business and managing existing relationships and accounts
- A proven track record of success, having consistently met or exceeded sales targets
- Strong communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- A completed bachelor's degree
