You'll be responsible for operating and maintaining production line equipment, ensuring our beverages meet high-quality standards. Ideal candidates are punctual, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative, values-driven environment.ScheduleMonday-FridayKey ResponsibilitiesSafetyFollow and enforce company safety policies and procedures.Conduct equipment and workspace safety checks.Report safety issues to the Packaging Supervisor promptly.Actively participate in safety training and promote a safety-first culture.Production OperationsAssist with setup, breakdown, and cleaning of bottling lines on packaging days.Rotate through various packaging line stations, ensuring quality control (e.g., caps, liquid levels, labeling, and box security).Fill and clean kegs as needed.Perform daily cleaning tasks per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Mix product cases by flavor as required.Complete deep cleaning or special projects as needed.Training and ComplianceParticipate in training sessions, including safety, operational protocols, and compliance requirements.Food Safety and QualityAdhere to GMP policies in the production facility and encourage others to do the same.Follow SQF protocols related to pest control, allergen management, and sanitation.Report food quality or safety concerns to the Quality Assurance Manager for resolution and continuous improvement.Skills and AbilitiesForklift and pallet jack experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.Ability to work collaboratively to meet production goals.Positive, team-oriented attitude.Flexibility to work extended hours or overtime as business needs dictate.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED required.Work Environment and Physical Requirements30-minute unpaid lunch break; two 15-minute paid breaks.Crowded workspaces with manufacturing equipment and forklift traffic.Noisy and dusty areas with occasional temperature extremes.Requires standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 pounds solo and up to 100 pounds with assistance), and maneuvering equipment.Our CultureFedUp Foods thrives on collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
