The Military Division of Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for a Warehouse Packaging Supervisor for their Torrington WY production facility. This is an agricultural co-op that spans 135,000 base acres, a Grower-Owned organization with a long family history that has been passed down for the 100 years of the companys existence.

With multiple facilities, this company offers plenty of room for personal and professional growth. At least 2 years with Packaging Operations leadership experience will give you a huge advantage over other candidates!

Compensation: $80,000-105,000

Rotating Shift Schedule:

This rotating shift schedule runs across 4 shifts for approximately 6 months out of the year:

7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday (April-August)

8-hour Rotating shift for 6 months (Sept-Feb) :

• 7 days of 8:00am-4:00pm (Tuesday-Monday) and 48 hours off (4:00pm Monday-4:00pm Wednesday)
• 7 days of 4:00pm-12:00am (Wednesday-Tuesday) and 48 hours off (12:00am Wednesday-12:00am Friday)
• 7 days of 12:00am-8:00am (Friday-Thursday) and 72 hours off (8:00am Friday-8:00am Tuesday)

What You Will Do:

Reporting to the Packaging and Warehouse Manager, will lead facility packaging and warehouse shift operations.

• Plan, organize and direct packaging shift leads in operations to optimize performance.
• Assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures, then train and hold people accountable to using them.
• Assist with establish fluid transitions between shifts, including establishing shift schedules.
• Use root cause analysis to permanently solving problems.
• Work closely with the Maintenance staff to ensure proper preventative maintenance is occurring.
• Work closely with Process Operations staff to assure quality product
• Be a safety leader with solid safety behaviors and demonstrated leadership; lead others to maintain a clean and safe production environment.
• Work with purchasing to ensure packaging supplies are available to perform at a high level.

Education and Work Experience

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
• 2+ years leadership experience in packaging operations.
• Demonstrated experience with improvements in safety, productivity, and quality.
• Solid leadership skills; great communication skills working with all levels of personnel.
• Strong customer focus.
