Position Overview: The Dry Packer ensures orders are packed out safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The role requires proficiency with new equipment and computer software, including the use of a stand-up truck and other machinery, with appropriate certification where necessary. Packer Job Details:
- Schedule: 5AM-1:30PM or 1PM-9:30PM Monday-Friday
- Pay Rate: $18-$19.80 Per Hour
- Type: Contract to Hire Role
Packer Job Description:
- Package only the highest quality product that is attractive to the customer.
- Assemble and prepare product for packing with correct labels and packaging components as determined by dry pack sheet.
- Accurately follows and complete dry pack sheets according to product, carton, labels and literature.
- Pack-out orders safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Strive to learn new equipment and computer software.
- Using a stand-up truck and other equipment, with certification where appropriate
Packer Job Requirements:
- Two (2) years successful experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Knowledge of raw materials and packaging supplies.
- High School Diploma or GED
