Responsible to having a working knowledge of all SOPs associated with the packer position.2. Compliance required with safety procedures and programs3. Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of the production areas and supporting equipment, food safety, and following Good Manufacturing Practices protocols4. Serves as primary point of contact for packing protocols for the employees on their shift when management is not present.5.
