Essential Functions of a PACKER: Pick pads and perform packing functions. Assist with supplying packaging material for the line with the material handler or machine operator. Packing duties including palletizing, stacking, and packing cases. Complete cleaning/sanitization of work area according to established guidelines. Maintain a safe, clean, organized production line and work area. Assist with waste removal from line and/or plant. Observe all safety and quality procedures while completing required duties. Process all required paperwork accurately and timely. Requirements A qualified applicant will have a strong work ethic, and desire to stay busy Flexbility, and willingness to work wherever needed is critical to this position Ability to stay standing for periods of up to 8 hours. Legible printing on customer and company forms. Applicants should be able to sit, stand, squat, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, twist, or carry for long periods of time. Sign-on Bonus Details $500 paid at 60 days, $1000 at 6 months. Must be in good standing to qualify. Bonus will be paid on the next full pay period once the milestone has been reached.
