The Production Packer is responsible for proficiently packing bags into boxes as they are produced and ensuring quality standards are being met which meet/exceed customer expectations in a Safe, Cost Effective and Efficient manner. Collaborate with team members to provide efficient strategies on the production floor. What we contribute: Starting Pay rate: $ 16.00 with a $2.00 differential for our night shift

• 10-hour work shifts Monday thru Thursday
  • Night shift: 8:10 pm to 6:30 am
  • Friday overtime mandatory - additional 6-8 hours (Depending on business need)

What you bring to the table:

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Dedication to consistent attendance
• Ability and willingness to follow food safety and manufacturing protocols.
• Ability to understand English and perform basic math functions.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
