To learn more about Berry, visit Responsibilities The Packer Trainer will model Berry's good Manufacturing Practices as they provide structured training for packers on the shift; evaluate employee's progress; and provide status needs to the shift supervisor. The Packer Trainer ensures that training is uniform and consistent and is able to perform all the functions of a packer.
