**Responsibilities**
The Packer Trainer will model Berry's good Manufacturing Practices as they provide structured training for packers on the shift; evaluate employee's progress; and provide status needs to the shift supervisor. The Packer Trainer ensures that training is uniform and consistent and is able to perform all the functions of a packer.
**Qualifications**
Understand and follow GMP and safe work practices
2 years manufacturing process preferred
Good math skills & basic computer skills
Attention to detail
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Able to stand/walk for 12 hours
Effective verbal and written communication to employee regarding processes, procedures and AIB standards
Able to work with minimal supervision
Organized maintain
Good attendance
Using guidelines provided for training
Ability to create a buddy system
Provide training feedback and documentation
Lead by Example
Follow Safety rules
Attend Training Courses
