About the Opportunity:• Job Title: Pad Printer• Pay Rate Range: $20.75/Hour• Location: Forest Lake, MN• Schedule: 2nd Shift Mon-Fri 3:15PM-11:15PM• Position Type: Temp to Hire Pad Printer Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required

Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing facility.

6 months of experience with Pad Printing experience.

Lifting 50 pounds.

Standing or sitting for long durations of time

Use hands and fingers with good dexterity

Pad Printer Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare plastic injection molded parts for printing by cleaning, pre-treating, and ensuring proper surface preparation to promote adhesion of printed designs.

Monitor printing processes, inspect printer parts for quality defects, and adjust as necessary to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Document any non-conforming parts and work with production team members to address quality issues promptly.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
