We are seeking a Paid Search Analyst to play a crucial role in our search and social programs, while also leading strategy and execution across various home-listing channels such as Zillow, Realtor, and NewHomeSource.Our ideal candidate is an expert in digital marketing and brings valuable experience from either the brand side or an agency setting. This candidate should be a proactive problem solver who is well-versed in multi-touch attribution, and enthusiastic about embracing innovative testing and measurement methodologies.If you're eager to help us build and position our incredible brand across digital media-then we want to speak with you!What You'll DoConduct end-to-end campaign setup, management, and optimization across paid media channels, with a focus on Search and SocialServe as the go-to contact with our home-listing partners; work in tandem with those partners to assess performance and explore the viability of additional ad products/channelsDevelop and implement strategic mapping and media planning initiatives spanning various channels and divisionsConduct continuous keyword and audience research to inform and refine targeting strategiesEstablish and standardize UTM parameters for accurate trackingBuild comprehensive reports and conduct ongoing performance analyses to drive data-driven insightsHelp establish an attribution model that considers multiple customer touchpointsPerform data analysis across web and CRM platforms to extract meaningful insightsDevelop a comprehensive playbook outlining the media strategy for the brandMonitor trends and actively engage in industry research, identifying testing opportunitiesCollaborate with external partners and agencies to support holistic marketing effortsCoordinate with internal teams (divisions, communications, creative, IT) to ensure tactical alignmentLead training sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer within expanding teamsSound Like You?You might be just who we're looking for if you have3+ years experience in Paid MediaBachelor's DegreeProficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and YouTube, with knowledge of social-ad platforms, display, and listing channels considered a plusAbility to lead discussions and presentations on Paid Media, with excellent communication skillsExperience working with brands focused on lead generation (real-estate vertical a plus)Competent knowledge of Google Analytics (GTM experience a huge plus)Fundamental understanding of all digital marketing channels, including Paid, Organic, Email, etc.Proficient in spreadsheets and various reporting/measurement tools, showcasing expertise in data analysisExperience with Salesforce a plusProcess-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyDemonstrated leadership qualities with a high level of intellectual curiosityLoves marketing, advertising, and branding!FLSA Status: ExemptWill have responsibilities such as:Office or non-manual work, which is directly related to management or general business operationsAct as a primary component of which involves the exercise of independent judgment and discretion about matters of significanceEssential Functions:Successful job applicants will be able to perform these functions.
