Summary: To plan, execute, and optimize paid media and paid social strategies across various channels to improve brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates. Responsibilities: Develop and implement paid media strategies across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics platforms. Optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness, tracking KPIs to ensure targets and ROI are met. Work closely with the marketing team to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media advertising. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in paid media campaign management and optimization. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Knowledge of best practices in paid media strategy, implementation, and optimization. Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven recommendations. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Salary: $40,000-$50,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
