Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing agency. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive growth for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals and deliver measurable results.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct thorough market and audience research to identify target demographics and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reporting and insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid management, and data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to recommend new strategies and tactics for improving client performance.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs for multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Work closely with account managers and clients to communicate performance, provide recommendations, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to assess campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns in a digital marketing or advertising agency setting.
  • Expertise in paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and experience with attribution modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong client service mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
