The Quattro team is seeking a full-time Digital Media Specialist/Manager dependent on the candidate's qualifications. This role will develop and implement online marketing programs and strategies that drive business growth for various clients across the Quattro portfolio. This role will also focus heavily on Paid Media (search, social, programmatic) programs; however, experience in SEO is highly desired. This role will report to the Director of Digital Media & Analytics. This is a hybrid role—on-site on occasion, though full remote/out of state is an option for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the client's products/services, competition, industry, marketing goals, and objectives
- Perform daily account management on Google Ads, Bing, and other search platforms for a variety of clients
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, placements, and other facets of digital media in accordance with client goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure best practices are followed and all appropriate channels are considered
- Be responsible for various-size PPC budgets and ensure money is being spent effectively and as scheduled
- Provide ad copy suggestions that adhere to best practices and client goals
- Help generate weekly and monthly client reporting and identify relevant insights
- Audit data on a regular basis and ensure data integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of digital media management experience required
- Ability to work successfully with teams, handle multiple projects, and adapt to changes in client priorities
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Understand the “what” and the “why” of it all
- Some experience with paid social campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest) or DSP-based programmatic media placement
- Google Ads and Bing Ads Certifications preferred
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Ads Editor, and Bing Ads; BI platform experience a plus (Data Studio, Datorama, Power BI)
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to extract insights from large amounts of information
- Comfortable developing presentations and presenting your ideas
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, SalesForce Marketing Cloud) and/or bid management (Skai, Marin, Acquisio) a plus
