Job Description:
The FinTech Digital Strategy team is a global team that collaborates with our partners across marketing, digital, and technology to provide both our internal and external customers with a seamless, customized, digital-first experience built to reduce time to value and help teams maximize their investment. The Paid Search Specialist has a critical role serving as an integral member of the FinTech Digital Strategy Team. The position would be responsible for managing our agencys strategies and initiatives based on BU goals, key performance metrics and audience needs. In this role, we expect you to be the subject matter expert, owning the best practices and evangelizing standards across our teams. You will work closely with our agency to develop and manage Paid Search strategies for 6 business units. In addition, you will work closely with our Senior Manager of Digital Success and our CX Digital Team to ensure the paid search strategy is consistent with organization goals, best practices, and a ROI on performance goals. Key Responsibilities: The Paid Search Specialist is primarily responsible for: Developing and executing a growth strategy to meet traffic, revenue, and efficiency goals, and ROI performance goals Managing relationship with agency to ensure our strategy aligns with FinTech goals Establishing testing, e.g., A/B or multivariate tests, for key SEM performance levers such as ad copy and landing pages Managing the strategy, setup, and reporting of paid campaigns that provide metrics, implications, and future recommendations that accurately measure channel performance to help inform media mix and achieve business goals Partnering closely with business units to advocate for the paid search digital marketing channel and act as internal subject matter expert (SME) to educate and inform best practices Optimizing copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns Conducting market research on keywords, consumer trends, and competing brands. Advising on monthly campaign spend levels with the client's budget and goals in mind Basic Requirements: 3-5 years of enterprise-level search engine marketing (SEM) experience Experience managing agency relationships Experience managing an on-going optimization of PPC campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising including ads, keywords, bidding, targeting, landing page optimizations, etc. Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Excellent client-facing communication skills
