Position Summary

As a Paid Social Campaign Manager, you'll be in charge of helping our enterprise-level clients successfully grow their businesses. Our clients, small and large, are amazing companies to work with - BBC, New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, and more. You'll ensure that these clients are properly onboarded and that their needs are met over the length of the relationship, including acting as the go-to for all elements of paid social media campaigns. We get results like no other in the social media marketing world and will teach you how to do the same!

What You'll Do

You will be your clients' go-to person for all things Socialflow. You'll reinforce that relationship by:

* Strategizing with clients around their paid social media campaigns and then launching & managing the campaigns to their goals.

* Optimizing all campaigns for both delivery and performance, recommending appropriate messaging optimizations as needed.

* Strategizing with clients to establish specific and realistic success metrics and delivering clear and actionable recommendations that will help them meet those goals.

* Keeping up to date on all Socialflow feature developments and promote benefits to clients.

* Providing insightful feedback to our Product, Support, and Marketing departments using your thoughtful observations of how your clients are using the Socialflow platform.

* Working closely with Sales to ensure ongoing client satisfaction as the relationship grows in scope and over time.

What Youll bring

* Energetic and collaborative personality with a self-starter approach to work. Ready to work with an innovative and fun team.

* Tech savvy and comfortable using social media and, as a plus, social ad management tools.

* Passionate about driving the best possible results for our customers.

* Ability to track key industry metrics and recognize how they might impact the business.

* Creative experience is a plus (writing ad copy, Photoshop images, and more).

* Familiarity with mobile and online analytics platforms (preferably Google Analytics - as well as data from native social platforms).

* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred.
