Description:

• This is an entry-level job, Looking for a new grads who are trainable and willing to learn
• Should have experience in Programing paint robots offline programming software or equivalent.
• Responsible for creating offline robot programs for download in a robotic production process.
• Coordinate with Regional Paint Engineer study, conduct the trial, evaluate based on safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Support Paint DE group to develop reach studies and cycle time analysis for sealer, UBC, and dampening coat robot processes.

Or

• Supporting Paint DE group to develop reach studies and cycle time analysis for primer, base, clear and interior robot processes.
• This includes leading all meetings with related groups, document creation, and supporting the plants in the process.
• Position will report to the Digital Engineering Manager.
• Must be able to work with minimal direction and previous experience is a must.

Requirements:

• Requires Programing paint robots offline programming software or equivalent.
• Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
• Experience with Digital Engineering
• Additional related certifications
• Technical School Degree or Equivalent Experience

• 2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects
• Able to take initiative to recommend projects, product improvements, or cost reductions
