Location: Kane,PA, USA
Kane Innovations is seeking a Paint Line Loader/Unloader. Candidate must be able to interpret specifications and apply the proper procedures to paint line jobs in loading, pretreatment, coating, unloading, and must maintain the quality requirements in a safe and efficient manner.
Position Summary:
* Load parts onto a moving conveyor with the proper hooks, orient for ease of coating, within the allotted time while maintaining line density.
* Able to operate material handling equipment such as pallet trucks and hoists.
* Able to lift parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
* Perform preventive maintenance as instructed on the various equipment.
* Able to load and unload trucks.
* Perform visual and mechanical checks on coated parts, properly identify the parts and maintain records as instructed.
