Nesco Resource, a 14-time Best in Staffing Award winner, is hiring a 2nd Shift Paint Line Operator for a reputable metal fabrication company on Cleveland's East Side. This temp-to-hire position offers $16.75/hour with hours from 1:30 PM to 11 PM.

About the Role:As a Paint Line Operator, you'll work in a production paint booth using a 2K wet paint system, applying coatings to meet specifications. Youll mix and spray products, ensuring quality finishes on parts.

What Youll Do:

• Review work orders and identify job specs and materials.
• Prepare parts for coating and set up racking.
• Apply protective coatings to products using spray equipment.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and unload them for transport.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety guidelines.
• Assist with other related duties as needed.

What Were Looking For:

• Previous powder coating experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read prints/schematics and follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with hand tools is helpful.
