Paint Line Utility Worker$2,500 Sign-on Bonus (Payable after 90 days of Employment)Company: Technibus, Inc.Location: 1501 Raff Road, SW, Canton, OH 44710Department: Paint LineReports to: Paint Line Lead/ Production SupervisorClassification: Non Exempt/HourlyDuties & Responsibilities:Understand complex prints and set up sheets and can program parts/machine per drawingKnow all operations and safety procedures of the paint lineAbility to perform metal finishingUnderstand the paint millage for each productAssist with tank dumps on a regular scheduleCapable of loading and unloading the paint lineOperate tow motor and overhead craneRequired Skills & Abilities:Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, assembly prints, packing lists, shop orders, and other written correspondenceEducation & Experience:High school diploma or equivalentTwo years' experience in a production environmentPersonal Protection Equipment Training (PPE), Global Harmonization System Training (GHS), Lock Out- Tag Out Training (LOTO) - Onsite training availableTow Motor and Overhead Crane Certification - Onsite training availablePhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standingSquat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward frequentlyAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.Equal Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disability/Gender Identity/Sexual OrientationSpecific Qualifications:Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen, and when applicable if duties involve operating motor vehicle must be able to pass motor vehicle record check.Company Overview:IES is a national provider of industrial products and infrastructure services to a variety of end markets, including electrical, mechanical and communications contracting solutions for the commercial, industrial, residential and renewable energy markets.
