We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented paint loader to join our team for the 1st shift. This role involves preparing weldments for painting, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining equipment. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy hands-on work, this position is for you. Location: Coon Rapids, MN Wage: Starting pay is $20 per hour. Duties of the paint loader:
- Inventory control
- Correctly hang weldments on the paint line per specified patterns.
- Inspect parts for quality, checking for issues like missing welds or weld spatter.
- Remove and recondition dirty hooks as necessary.
Requirements of the paint loader:
- Push/pull up to 25 lbs.
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
