- Painting parts to customer specifications
- Cleaning and maintaining painting equipment and area.
- Sanding, cleaning, and preparing parts for painting
- Masking of non-painted surfaces
- Paint mixing
- Operating automated downdraft spray booth, paint application equipment and fresh air systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of applying adhesives, fillers and primers.
- Familiar with mixing ratios.
- Ability to use basic paint prep tools, including sanders.
- Ability to comprehend and follow written specifications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent hand dexterity and coordination.
- Ability to maintain a clean & organized environment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
