Tesla Motors is looking for a Paint Prepper to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position will involve supporting the Body Repair and Service Program in all aspects. Responsibilities
- High Quality spray application of Primers, Sealers, Basecoats, and Clearcoats
- Spraying approximately 6 (Fully Prepped) RO's per day (2 Fasias, 1 - six panel jobs, 3 - Two to three panel jobs) in state of the art Downdraft spray booths
- Working closely with Prep Staff and other Painters to meet work demands as a team
- Invisible basecoat color blending
- Application of 2 and 3 stage colors
Requirements - Prior experience in vehicle paint process
- I-CAR certifications preferred
- Ability to receive directions and work well with others
- Occasionally exposed to hot, cold, wet or humid conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license required

Expected Compensation - Service Center Paint Sprayer I - $30.50 - $34.00/hour
- Service Center Paint Sprayer II - $35.15 - $38.85/hour
- Service Center Paint Sprayer III - $35.28 - $52.92/hour
- Service Center Paint Sprayer IV - $42.00 - $63.00/hour
- Lead Automotive Painter - $50.40 - $75.60/hour
