This position will require knowledge and understanding of all phases of aircraft exterior refurbishment, paint scheme and design layout as well as the knowledge and ability to repair all paint equipment.
- 2nd shift - Monday - Thursday - 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM - 10% shift incentive

Responsibilities
- Prep aircraft surfaces through hand cleaning, sanding, and repair work
- Apply etch, alodine, and primers according to manufacturer's guidelines
- Perform topcoat applications, including mixing and applying paint
- Execute design layout, masking, and striping tasks
- Detail and polish exterior paint to a flawless finish
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain records
- Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs)
- Manage team performance metrics and communicate with team members
- Attend briefings and debriefings with project managers and customers
- Interface with Quality Control for inspections and approvals
- Mentor team members and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
- Leadership skills to manage a team of experienced and junior technicians
- Strong communication in complex situations
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret documents and follow procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Mechanical aptitude and a desire for continuous improvement
Education and Experience: - High School diploma or equivalent
- 5 years' experience in corporate aircraft painting
- Previous leadership and supervisory experience preferred
