We invite you to be part of our dynamic team.THE DAY TO DAY...Safe operation of machines and toolsLive and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 PrinciplesWork as part of a team having responsibility for painting outdoor power equipmentPaint parts in accordance to the specificationsHandles raw materials and/or parts and places in designated locationOperates equipment needed to perform the jobStrict adherence to standard workAssist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goalsCompletes operator preventative maintenance on equipmentAbility to problem solve effectivelyAbility to communicateTHE QUALIFICATIONS...Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a dayMust be able to use hands to position parts in placeAble to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequenciesMust wear required Personal Protective EquipmentAbility to work as part of a teamDesire for personal development and growthAbout AriensCoSince 1933, the AriensCo name has been associated with reliable, durably crafted, high-performance outdoor power equipment.
