Summary: A Painter II performs all patching, paint and wall covering, interior and exterior maintenance to ensure compliance with JCAHO and keep the facility at an optimal level of efficiency. Requirements:A Painter II requires a high school level of educational development and
one year of previous experience. A Maryland Class D Driver's License is required. B. Required Physical, Mental, and Visual Abilities :1. Lifting and/or carrying objects weighing more than 50 pounds 2. Pushing and/or pulling non-motorized equipment (e.g., stretchers, supply carts, mops) weighing over 50 pounds. 3. Climbing - ascending or descending ladders, scaffolding, or ramps. 4. Stooping and bending. 5. Reaching and grasping objects. 6. Manipulating and operating power tools or machinery. 7. Walking and/or standing for extended periods.
