Essential Functions: Responsibilities of the Painter include but are not limited to the following:
- Prep area, sand , scrape, prime and complete topcoat.
- Maintain supply inventory: paint, brushes, rollers, etc.
- Tape and spackle dry wall.
- Maintain paint shop in a clean, organized and safe environment.
- Additional job duties include general grounds maintenance, barn maintenance and building event set-ups.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with all types of paints including latex, water base, epoxy floor and oil base paints.
- Ability to climb ladder and work on a lift.
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to get a NYS Gaming Commission License
Summary of Physical Requirements and Work Environment: This position involves working outdoors and requires the ability to climb ladders, to operate lifts and general maintenance equipment. Pay Range / Salary: $28.44 per hour
