Job Type Full-time Description DASMEN Residential is seeking to hire a Part Time Painter. SUMMARY : The painter is a professional who helps prepare surfaces, mix paints for different needs, and apply them with brushes or rollers to fill in cracks or apply color on walls and other objects around a home, such as furniture pieces or doors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DAILY:
- Prepares, cleans, and tapes all job sites.
- Apply various finishes to buildings, rooms, or other structures including primers or sealers.
- Remove old paint coating, if necessary.
- Mixing colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency
- Assists in ordering supplies for the property.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Must be able to lift and work heavy equipment.
Scheduling: The employee is subject to schedule changes and/or overtime as required by the job and his/her supervisor. This may include working weekends, working after the course of normal business hours and at other times as required by the job.
