The Painter ensures that all areas of hotel property are maintained to the highest aesthetic appearance. Maintains a variety of surfaces including, but not limited to: paint, vinyl, wood/stain, stucco, drywall, and siding.ESSENTIAL DUTIES* Keeps treated hotel surfaces maintained to the highest standard.* Keeps paint and other supplies cataloged, stocked, and orderly.* Complies with all EPA regulations for handling and disposal of supplies.* Maintains an organized and clean work area.* Assists in maintaining a safe work environment.* Fulfills other responsibilities as assigned by management.* Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
