  • Paint interiors and exteriors of the apartment community and vacant apartments.
  • Ensure service requests are completed timely and in accordance with company standards.
  • Assist in preparing vacant units for rent ready conditions.
  • Make drywall repairs when necessary.
  • Maintain the required uniform and ensure a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
  • Provide highest quality of customer service to residents and guests.
  • Maintain a professional courteous manner with all supplier partners, residents, and employees.
  • Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures and state and federal laws regarding fair housing, OSHA, and ADA.
  • Operate within safety policies at all times.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Must meet all physical requirements.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on call as needed and snow removal during winter season
WORKING CONDITIONS Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock. There will be a frequent need to work in awkward and confining positions. Physical Demands Constant need to be standing on feet, bending/stoop/squat/kneel, climb stairs, push or pull, reach above shoulder level, climb ladders, grasp/grip and finger dexterity to handle tools and equipment.
