**Description**

Foxridge Apartments is seeking a detailed, deadline-driven Painter to join our Service team. The successful candidate will possess exemplary customer service skills, work well in a team environment and manage independent responsibilities in a timely manner. This position requires seasonal overtime hours, including some weekends.

Company will provide a uniform while on duty. Positive driving record, references and criminal background check required.

**Responsibilities:**

* Painting interior apartment homes

* Exterior painting including buildings, parking lots, and amenity areas

* Caulking and some drywall work

* Snow removal

* Provide superior service to residents

* Prepare apartment homes for new residents

* Quality Oriented with attention to detail
