PainterDirect Hire: Bergenfield, New Jersey, USSalary: $75000.00 Per AnnumJob Code: 354192End Date: 2024-10-24 Days Left: 26 days, 3 hours leftApplyDay-to-Day:The Painter will oversee a state-of-the-art painting operation from prepping materials to applying finishes. They will work with various materials (plastic, wood, metal, PVC, acrylic) and will need to color-match accurately. Daily collaboration with designers, craftsmen, and managers to ensure seamless production.

• Re-phrase:Manage custom paint production using Matthews Ultra Low VOC System, applying finishes to displays, signs, and large projects.
• What other DTD responsibilities will they be responsible for?Quality control, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with other production team members.
• What other core focuses will they have?Color mixing, matching, and ensuring smooth, high-quality finishes.
• What type of environment should they come from?Experience in a fast-paced, custom fabrication or production environment preferred.

Must Haves:

• Skilled in using Matthews Ultra Low VOC System.
• Experience in painting a variety of materials (plastic, wood, metal, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Re-phrase:Must have experience with custom paint operations and working with diverse materials.
• What other core focuses will they have?Color matching, managing painting operations, and working with design teams.
• What other technologies do they have to have experience with?Familiarity with custom fabrication painting tools and equipment.
