Learn more at .Responsibilities: Train on painting techniques and on site safety protocols. Secure and set up work area to minimize the impact of overspray and protect adjacent surfaces. Inspect surfaces before and after painting to guarantee quality standards. Use pray guns, rollers, and/or brushes to apply base coats, primers, and finishes to industrial structures, while also ensuring uniform coverage. Work together with team members to meet project deadlines an specifications. Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools to ensure they remain in good working condition. Qualifications: OSHA 10 and EPA Lead-Safe Certifications strongly preferred High School Diploma or GED Prior work experience in painting or a related field. Knowledge of painting equipment and tools including air compressors. Ability to work in various conditions including confined spaces, indoors and/or outdoors, which may require working at heights or in challenging weather.
