Aerotek is currently hiring for an Industrial PainterPay: $21-$25/hr pending experienceBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k + match, PTO, Paid Holidays, NYS Sick LeaveDescription:Local manufacturing company is currently hiring for industrial painters to join their growing team. Painters will be responsible for preparatory work on manufactured parts as well as painting. Additional responsibilities include:Sets up equipment, connects air hose, pressure gauges and spray gunsUses spray equipment, hand brush or roller to apply the specified type, color and number of coats of paint or protective coating.Uses floor controlled electric crane, hand hoist or walking electric lift truck to position material or move for painting.Cleans and adjusts spraying equipment, making minor repairs such as replacing parts, connecting air hose.Skill Requirements:Previous experience with the preparatory functions of paintingPrevious industrial painting experience requiredMechanical aptitudeOperation of hand tools, power tools, and spray gunsAdditional Information:Schedule: Monday - FridayPay: $21-$25 pending experienceFull benefits available upon hireAbility to grow into other opportunities within the teamDirect hire opportunityAbout Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
