  • Mix/Prepare primer and top coat painting materials and product for paint applications
  • Rack and/or lay out sheet metal and fabricated components for coating applications
  • Complete required logs, tests, and documentation in-line with NADCAP quality requirements
  • Support continuous improvement activities for the department
  • Inventory work-in-progress (WIP); accurately clock in and out of work orders.
  • Support Kanban supplies inventory system to reduce waste
  • Other ad hoc duties to support business objectives as required
QualificationsBasic Qualification:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
  • One (1) year of experience painting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ERP/ MRP experience w/ Epicor
  • Experience painting fabrications for Aerospace
  • Five (5) years of experience
