We are looking for a painter to join our maintenance crew! As the painter, you will be an integral member of the team, responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across various projects. Your role will include preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring a flawless finish. In addition to your painting expertise, a solid understanding of tile and drywall repair will be essential. The ideal candidate would have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

* Must be familiar with all types of paints, stains, varnishes, lacquers, clear coats and strippers.
* Experience with color matching, paint applications and surface preparation.
* Experience with drywall repairs, tile repairs both floor and wall and carpet.
* Experience with brush and roller selection as well the use of hand tools, spraying equipment and some power tools.
* Experience with furniture repairs, light carpentry and plexiglass a plus.
* Ability to read and write the English language fluently.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
