Full-time maintenance position for Painter. The job description includes but may not be limited to the following duties.

* Perform prep

* Sheetrock and texture repair skills

* Perform inspections

* Clean up, storage and safe disposal of paint products;

* Operate various tools and equipment

* Other duties assigned

* Knowledge of methods, materials, equipment, and safety procedures of the painting trade.
