PeopleReady Skilled Trades is currently hiring for a Painter/Loader Position. This position is responsible to support the structural steel fabrication shop's operations by performing tasks that involve painting steel components, safely loading and unloading materials, and handling heavy materials using appropriate equipment. This role ensures that steel parts are properly prepared and coated, materials are efficiently moved and organized, and safety standards are upheld throughout the process. The position plays a crucial role in maintaining workflow efficiency, quality of finished products, and overall shop safety.Note: The pay rate for this job is $22 - $25 / hourResponsibilities:Prepare/Properly mix paint and solvents based on SSPC and manufacturer specsPrepare no paint areas as outlined in specsEnsure proper cure time between coatsOrganize and coordinate outgoing shipmentsManage inventory of all needed materialsMaintaining accurate records to include mix time, activation time and application timeQualifications:High school education or equivalentState issued driver's license in good standing4 years experience in spray painting techniques w/ airless spray systems3-5 years experience in material handling3-5 years experience in proper use of yard equipmentBroad knowledge of SSPC standardsOSHA-10 preferred but not requiredFor more information, please contact on the below details –1- Name – Jeremy Lemanski2- Contact Number - (978) ###-#####SKILLEDTRDPeopleReady is an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity.
