The Position:
The Maintenance Painter is responsible to ensure that all vacated apartments are safely and thoroughly restored to make ready status according to the manager's timetable. Will also be required to perform work orders as assigned.
Primary Responsibilities
* Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in by completing a Make-Ready Checklist of needed services and repairs. Complete all services and repairs correctly and on schedule.
* Inspect vacant apartments and inform Supervisor of needed repairs and services.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, minor maintenance requests, routine preventative maintenance, and repairs as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Moving appliances and painting in-house.
Successful candidates will possess the following attributes:
* 1 - 3 years' verifiable experience in a similar role.
* Superior work ethic and attention to detail.
* Previous experience with property renovations highly desirable.
