Crew Leader at Kennedy Painting Kennedy Painting is seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing some of the best painters in St. Louis as our company continues to grow. If you have a passion for excellence, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.This Crew Leader position receives a base salary and bonus package ranging from $50,000 - $65,000 a year plus benefits. Join us in delivering exceptional painting services and building lasting relationships with our clients. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The Crew Leader is responsible for the safety and performance of every man on his crew.
  • Overseeing multiple crews/job sites, comprising of a total of 3-15 painters depending on level of competency and experience
  • Crew Leader is to keep written records of everyone's attendance and make performance-level evaluations, whether good or bad, on his/her crew members
  • Ensure consistent levels of quality, site clean-up, and property protection.
  • Field Training is to be completed appropriately, and on time with the best/most efficient practices in mind.
  • Arrange a walk-through with the customer before the start of the job and come up with a game plan to finish the job on time.
  • Order materials as needed for jobs and manage sundries.
  • Give daily updates to clients on the progress of the project (start & end of each day).
  • Deal with customers' questions and concerns on the job site daily.
  • Communicate the progress of the current project with the office, so appropriate measures can be taken to transition efficiently into the next project(s) on the schedule.
  • Perform the final walk-thru and take care of touch-ups immediately before signing off on the job.
  • Attend all necessary Operation's meetings.
