Position Summary
The Palladium Membership Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the Bursar's Membership Offices at the 404 Fitness Center and the Palladium Athletics Facility. Manage the petty cash account, travel advance funds, and balance various accounts. Prepare weekly banking deposits for cash and checks. Reconcile and post credit card revenue in the JEMS system on a weekly basis. This role is fully onsite.
Qualifications
Required Education:Bachelor's Degree or equivalentRequired Experience:2+ years of experience with banking, accounting, or accounts receivable and supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred Experience:1+ years Experience in a financial, athletics, and/or student services environment.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills. Proficiency with spreadsheet and database software. Knowledge of financial and point-of-sales systems. Knowledge of banking procedures and cash handling controls. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Familiarity with PeopleSoft and Access. Experience working in Peoplesoft environment. Experience with Active Networks CLASS System.
Additional Information
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $77,000.00.
