BayCare Medical Group is a physician-led medical group actively recruiting for an experienced Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team of at Hospital in , Florida.

Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of palliative care, exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills, and will be comfortable working independently. This is a great opportunity to join an established program.
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner is required.
  • Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (ACHPN) certification is required within two years of employment.
