Our company is currently seeking a Panel Finisher with drive and desire to grow, to join our team. As a Panel Finisher, you will be responsible for assembling and finishing various mechanical and industrial panel products. You will be working with a team of skilled professionals who take pride in their work, and you will have the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. Responsibilities
  • Assemble panel and panel components according to engineering specifications
  • Finish panels using various tools, such as sanders, grinders, and staple guns
  • Ensure finished products are free of defects and meet customer standards
  • Maintain inventory of finishing supplies and order new supplies as needed
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
  • Make cuts, alterations, and fixes using hand tools
  • Follow plan laid out by lead
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and in good working condition
  • Follow safety protocols at all times
Requirements
  • MUST be able to accurately read tape measure
  • Previous experience in construction or hands-on building preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications such as blueprints or schematics preferred.
  • Must be able to take direction and be a team player.
  • Experience using hand and power tools, such as grinders, sanders, saws and pneumatic guns.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure finished products meet quality standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment
