What We Offer:
$25.75 - $27.40 per hour, depending on grade level

* Plan and implement units of product quality
* Perform continuous assessment of product quality
* Assist team to resolve operating problems with process, maintenance, and plant engineering support
* Lead small project in process monitoring, investigation, and optimization
* Conduct statistical studies for operation review
* Work closely with production department to improve process and quality
* Follow safe practices at all times
* Enrolled in Engineering Degree: Chemical, Mechanical, and/or Pulp & Paper
* Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
* The following engineering courses are applicable: Fluid Mechanics, Process Control, Heat and Mass Transfer, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Statistics
