WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a dedicated Par Excellence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and implementing Par Excellence scales in our Denovo hospitals. You will train local teams to ensure they are confident in managing the system effectively.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO

• Install and implement Par Excellence scales in Denovo hospitals.
• Provide comprehensive training to local teams, ensuring they understand and can confidently use the system.
• Support teams in troubleshooting and optimizing the use of the Par Excellence system.
• Collaborate with hospital management to align on best practices and improve workflows.
• Collect feedback from teams to enhance training programs and system usage.
• Ensure that all processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, preferred
• Prior experience with Par Excellence systems is preferred
• Background in veterinary care or related field is a plus
• Strong training and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional curiosity
• 2+ years Supply Chain, or Inventory Management experience
• Computer proficiency - G suite, Microsoft office, Zoom etc.
• Ability to travel to hospitals

• Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annual salary
