CURRENT ASSIGNMENT LOCATION: Burchfield Primary Colusa Children's Center Egling Middle School Maxwell High Williams Upper Elementary SALARY: $21.98 -$32.87 per hour HOURS/DAYS: 5.50 - 5.75 Hours/Day, 195 Days Per Year (183 Workdays +12 Holidays) Benefits: Paid vacation and sick leave; CalPERS retirement EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: One year of experience working with children in an organized setting. Meet Title I Paraprofessional requirement: high school diploma or the equivalent, and two (2) years college coursework (48 units); or Associate's degree or higher; or pass local assessment of knowledge and skills in assisting in instruction. LICENSES & REQUIREMENTS: Basic First Aid and valid CPR certificate issued by an authorized agency (may satisfy this requirement post employment) The successful candidate will be required to provide DOJ and FBI fingerprint clearance, TB test clearance, COVID 19 vaccination verification (or program-required equivalent), a valid California driver's license, and disclosure of CA-DMV Driver Record (INF-1125) following acceptance of job offer.
