The Flood Law Firm is looking for a bilingual paralegal who will be responsible for handling a busy pre-litigation caseload from inception to settlement or litigation. This is a position for someone who is looking for a long-term commitment with opportunities to grow. Our paralegals work closely with attorneys to establish caring relationships with clients and carefully document their cases. They have extensive contact with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties involved in the legal cases. At The Flood Law Firm, client care is our top priority, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service to join our team. This position is for our Danbury, CT office.

Requirements

2+ years of prior legal experience

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Works well both independently and as part of a team

Strong client service orientation and commitment to exceptional care

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 Annually
